Gluten Free Tortilla Pizzas

A few nights ago, the thought of eating the same old gluten free dinners, sounded too boring.  So, for the first time, I went to the store and bought a gluten free product…  La Tortilla Factory’s Smart & Delicious Gluten Free Wraps!           The felt very similar to normal flour tortillas!  They were not brittle and did not fall apart.  They cost $4.19 for 6 god-sized tortillas.             I’m really starting to miss pizza, so I decided to make my own.  I used some HyVee pizza sauce, ground beef and a pizza blend of shredded cheese.  I broiled them in the...
