Who Needs Bread?

Bread is a useless vehicle, used only to assist moving the essential meat and cheese into your mouth without getting your hands messy. My aunt makes these great sandwiches that I can no longer eat; brisket, bacon, tomatoe and cheese on a crissont.  She had a bunch of leftover brisket and bacon that she gave to me this afternoon.  Since I was thinking about those sandwiches all afternoon, I decided to make my own version with the food she gave me and what I had in the fridge.  It was so good, I thought I should share. . Brisket laid in strips. Bacon Cream cheese Sliced Roma tomatoes Salt Balsamic...
