Trying to switch house ti gluten free as just recently diagnosed with Celiac. The wonderbread type bread is a thing I'm trying to find for the family. I would love a good bread in the multigrain sort of feel without the brick feel, so dry it crumbles, and weird after taste. Living in South Jersey. Any suggestions out there?

Bibi's Patisserie is opening in Lafayette, La. It is a gluten-free, sugar-free bakery that actually tastes AMAZING. The website and bakery will be up and running by mid-April. Check us out!!

Thanks for the update, Christine!
Maybe "Wonder Bread" like gluten free bread may be good for people who just switched and want something like they are used to. Although, I do know what you are say.
