Gluten Free Tortilla Pizzas

A few nights ago, the thought of eating the same old gluten free dinners, sounded too boring.  So, for the first time, I went to the store and bought a gluten free product…  La Tortilla Factory’s Smart & Delicious Gluten Free Wraps!  

The felt very similar to normal flour tortillas!  They were not brittle and did not fall apart.  They cost $4.19 for 6 god-sized tortillas.  

I’m really starting to miss pizza, so I decided to make my own.  I used some HyVee pizza sauce, ground beef and a pizza blend of shredded cheese.  I broiled them in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes to melt the cheese.  

My girlfriend even tried some of mine and could not tell the difference.  It is kind of like the pizzas, you can tell they aren’t “normal” but you would just think they were a different brand or style.  You would not guess they are also gluten free!

The next night, I decided to change it up a bit and make some variations:  Hot wing and a BBQ chicken quesadilla!
