If there are any outdoor enthusiasts, Joseph James Brewing, Inc. just released a gluten free beer in a can (as well as bottles). There is no sorghum in the beer. It is light, effervesent, and has some fruity esters. I would review the beer, but I am a little basied as I know the creators. If you can check it out. It's called Fox Tail.

Matt & all GF beer drinkers:
I still think that if you don't like sorgum; New Planet is the best GF beer, although I think it taste a little like cider. If you have the desire to brew your own GF beer; breworganic.com will soon release a GF Buckwheat Home Brew Kit called Sheri's Brew. Don't be afraid of home brewing, it's just cooking. Breworganic.com has everything you will need including the "How to Brew" books.
