Gluten Free Eat Out Night: May 3rd!

Check this out: According to About.com’s Celiac Disease Blog next Sunday, May 3, hundreds of restaurants across the U.S. and Canada will participate in “Chef to Plate – Celebrating Restaurants Serving Up Gluten-Free Awareness,” the program sponsored by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America to foster gluten-free awareness among restaurant owners and operators. That means for us…FOOD! That we don’t have to ask 399 questions about.  Rock on!
Check out the Gluten Intolerance Group Site for a list of the restaurants in your area that are participating.  It’s worth it for a nice night out, plus it’s a great way to show how much we appreciate restaurants going the extra mile to make food allergen free!  Cheers!
