I recently, as in the last week, have been diagnosed with ciliac disease. I'm very emotionally hurt about this. I LOVE to cook! I am married and have 5 children, with my oldest being 20 and my youngest being 2, and feel that cooking for them is my way of bringin them all together, I cook with love. I have been wanting to take some culinary courses so that i can one day have my own catering business along with party planning. I cant express how much i enjoy cooking! And not just for my family, for my friends and relatives! I am a coupon diva and enjoy grocery shopping, its kind of a stress reliever for me. Ive actually been a hairdresser for 18 years but being with my family is in the upmost importance to me. My sister-in-law has helped me find info on ciliac disease, she sent me your blog. I would appreciate any advise from you because right now I feel very lost and scared. I am very tired of being sick but I just don't know where to start. Please help!
