Warning!

January is Girl Scout cookie month!  There have been two boxes in my house for a week now… and I finally couldn’t handle it any longer.  Today, I was starving and had to have just three.  If I have some gluten free cookies around, I may not have buckled under the pressure.

   Well well well. Somebody’s finally trying to play by the rules. Good for you, Mike. Sucks, doesn’t it? Beer is the hardest part of this whole thing. Let me know when you’re ready to enter the world of single malt scotch. It can’t replace the void left by delicious, refreshing beer on a hot summer day, but it can make you forget it for a while.

Mike is a struggling gluten-holic! He shows very little signs of having celiac, so has had a hard time motivating himself to stay away from his favorite foods: pizza, Chinese, buffalo chicken tenders, pasta, and Bud Light! Mike has decided it is time to make the change for his long term health. With very little unusual stomach symptoms, he has started noticing some other parts of his life decline....
