Hasselbeck Sued For Plagairism and Copyright Infringement

If you haven’t heard, Elisabeth Hasselbeck is being sued over allegations of plagiarism and copy write infringement. Author and self publisher, Susan Hassett, wrote a book published in April, 2008 called “Living with Celiac Disease.”  Apparently, she sent a copy to Hasselbeck, shortly after Hasselbeck was diagnosed.

Susan claims that Hasselbecks book is strikingly similar to her book in content and layout.  The letter from Susan Hassett’s attorney can be found here: TMZ.

After reading through the letter from Susan Hassett’s attorney, I see many similarities… I SEE THESE IN EVERY ARTICLE ABOUT CELIAC.  You could probably even compare my blog to Hassett’s book and claim I stole her information.  The information in both books is very simple and common information to people with celiac, IT IS NOTHING NEW!  It is all good advise, THAT WE HEAR EVERY DAY!
