I think the parent’s need to read labels better because the child states that when he is in a hurry he grabs and eats Amy’s Pocket Sandwiches which are not gluten free.

Mike is a struggling gluten-holic!
He shows very little signs of having celiac, so has had a hard time motivating himself to stay away from his favorite foods: pizza, Chinese, buffalo chicken tenders, pasta, and Bud Light!
Mike has decided it is time to make the change for his long term health. With very little unusual stomach symptoms, he has started noticing some other parts of his life decline....
