Twitter: Gluten Free People To Follow

I have learned a lot from following gluten free people on Twitter.  They will keep you up to date with the newest trends and products concerning the gluten free life!  They are also a great resource when you have questions.

Here is a list of people who are actively talking about gluten free on Twitter.  By no means, is this list complete or in any specific order.  If you would like to add someone, or yourself to this list, please let me know. I would also like to add short descriptions because some people are very knowledgeable with other allergies.

  1. Good list. There are so many great gluten free people on twitter – way too many to list them all.

  2. Great idea. Is it possible for you to list some persons in this category who are also entertainment bloggers?

Thank you and keep up the good work.

  8. We’ve also got a (very new) Twitter page… BozzaFoodGroup. We handmake gluten free pasta and bread in the Boulder Front Range, and sell at Whole Foods, King Super, Ideal Market, several of the local farmers markets, and more. We’re rapidly growing, as our products have performed better than traditional pastas, and is getting rave reviews by our customers. Give us a try… BozzaFoodGroup (Villa Bozza).

    Hi Mike,
I tweet a lot and also have my glutenfree blog, above. I’m vegetarian, too, so…..talk about restrictions.

Just want to say that my friend Michel, who I talk about on my blog has absolutely no GI symptoms. Celiac symptoms are so wide-ranging that it’s sort of amazing (and difficult to diagnose). I’ve learned some people have headaches, muscle pain, “brain fog” all sorts of responses to eating gluten when it’s best for them not to. For me, the GI symptoms were so severe, I’d never think of cheating, so I guess, in some ways, it’s a blessing in disguise.

Thanks for this site, by the way!
