Twitter: Gluten Free People To Follow

I have learned a lot from following gluten free people on Twitter.  They will keep you up to date with the newest trends and products concerning the gluten free life!  They are also a great resource when you have questions.

Here is a list of people who are actively talking about gluten free on Twitter.  By no means, is this list complete or in any specific order.  If you would like to add someone, or yourself to this list, please let me know. I would also like to add short descriptions because some people are very knowledgeable with other allergies.

Switch2GF:   I post frequently about my switch to gluten free starting in Jan. 2009.  I feel I have a unique blog, because I am just starting and it is beneficial to hear what is like to make the switch, instead of always hearing from people who have been GF for many years.
