Hi Mike- You are doing great! Don't lose heart. Maybe bump up the exercise a little - I agree with Erin as well. It's hard to be so strict, but allow yourself a little treat once in awhile. I have been gluten free for 6 months and really have no trouble eating pretty much anything and maintaining my weight with no problem (and being menopausal to boot, ha). I work with a trainer and wellness coach as well - the support makes a huge difference.

Hey Mike,
Don't be disappointed. Stalls and plateau's happen, and as you said, you weren't tracking as closely as you could have been. It's far too easy to eyeball that portion a little bigger when you're hungry-and all of a sudden there's no caloric deficit. Eyeballing portions and playing looser with calories can work great as a lifestyle for MAINTENANCE of a weight, but is much harder when you are actively trying to lose fat.
Hang in there!
