I tried this recently… good stuff!
My sister found it and hed me try one. It is an Apple Cider beer, but has more of a beer taste than Woodchuck. It isn’t nearly as sweet as Woodchuck, which makes me think I could drink a few more and not get that sweet sick feeling that Woodchuck gives you after 3..4..5…OK, maybe 6 bottles.
Ever tried it?
What do you think?
Easily found?
I’ll add it to my gluten free beer review page later when I get a chance to try it again and more free time!

Here is an article I received from St. Luke’s South Hospital in my hometown of Kansas City:
May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder that is triggered by consuming the protein called gluten (found in wheat, barley, and rye). Three million Americans have celiac disease, but only 200,000 know that they have it! Celiac disease is hereditary; therefore, if you are diagnosed with it, your first- and second-degree relatives should be screened also.
Symptoms of the disease are diarrhea, abdominal pain, irritability, depression, bloating, gas, delayed growth,...

Van’s recently upgraded their packaging, and wanted to let everyone know that it is still the same, reliable gluten free food. Check out their website!
I had not tried their waffles before, so I decided to give them a shot:
I was actually impressed. Honestly, I don’t think anyone could tell that they are gluten free… especially after putting syrup on them.

I love Chinese food and being able to eat it anywhere is one of the things I miss the most, especially the buffets! PF Chang’s has become a favorite of mine because of their gluten free menu and because the quality of food is very good. I have only had good experiences there, and they have not broken my trust that they take all of the precautions and are 100% gluten free.
